Brand 1On1 was created to make sure small businesses have all the tools and resources they need to succeed. Often times the person that is amazing at their individual craft is not the best at business management. Not being an amazing business person should not spell failure for a business. A lot of small businesses do not have the resources to hire an agency to manage their marketing efforts and I want to remove that barrier.
I will analyze your business and offer assistance and solutions to make sure that you are as profitable as possible. Over 50% of small businesses do not make it to the 5 year mark and I am here to ensure that your business is not a part of that statistic.

For as long as I can remember I have given unsolicited advice. As a child if I saw something that could use improvement I inserted my opinion. Fast forward and I used those same skills to become a top sales person with multi million dollar corporations including Verizon Communications. I later transitioned to the other side of the sales funnel and focused on marketing. Knowing what it takes to close a sale made it easy to understand how to market products and services to customers which is the ultimate goal. I have worked as a Marketing Director at an Engineering Services firm and was most recently the VP of Sales and Marketing at a start up CBD company. I am Co-owner of Thompson Freight Solutions which is a transportation solutions company. I have a very diverse set of experiences that I can apply to your business.
As a consumer insight analyst I help businesses understand their consumers and clients. I perform research regarding trends and customer satisfaction. A thorough understanding of both is necessary to increase sales. I help you identify any issues and shortcomings. Maybe your web presence or customer service is lacking. I can help you identify and rectify those issues to increase customer satisfaction and potential sales opportunities. In addition I can assist you with social media, blog writing and overall business advice. My experience combined with my most recent coursework while obtaining my MBA from Louisiana State University - Shreveport has put me in the best position to assist your business.
